Position Overview
The Automotive Technician / Mechanic performs customer-approved maintenance and repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and strong quality control. You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in safe, reliable condition.
This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, including pathways to become a Master Technician or move into shop leadership roles with continued training and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models
- Conduct services such as brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and HVAC
- Execute high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately while following company procedures
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, with availability for occasional weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional automotive service environment
- At least 1 ASE certification preferred (not required)
- Section 609 EPA Certification for automotive HVAC (required or must obtain within 6 months)
- Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Must provide personal hand and specialty tools

Compensation: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
